Wandering thoughts

Opening her eyes, Julia can see only darkness.

She can't figure it out; is it the darkness of a pitch black night? or is it the darkness of a day, without light? like the ones when the sun is hidden behind thick grey clouds....Scanning the whole place with her eyes...

What is this place? how did she end up here? She can't even find out, her head is full with questions but there's no way she could find the answer,,,,

Is it a dark room? or is it a wide place like a forest? it could even be some mountain or the side of some lake but in this darkness, it's impossible to know, 

Trying to find any little hint to help her find the truth, but the truth is hard to find, it is hidden somewhere, somewhere very far away, somewhere no one has ever reached, it could be in any place, maybe a cave under a mountain, or in the depths of the sea...

Does that mean she's in a cave? How did she reach this place?

She keeps on walking. It's the only thing she can do for the moment. She's hearing some strange sounds, like dead bodies crying,. However, this sound is coming from far away. As she's going further, this sound is disappearing,,,,now it has completely disappeared. Silence is filling out the place, very heavy silence. she can only hear the sound of her steps on this unknown ground, Despite it's impossible to see anything in this darkness, she's feeling like it's getting more dark as she's going forward,,,but it's the only choice she has, she has no other alternative. Suddenly, she hears a scream, she's frightened, she doesn't know what to do,,,,
