hello everyone,am botayna from morocco,i like so much to tell u something about my country..for hwo don' no anything about morocco.

morocco nestles on the north west coast of africa bording the shores of the atlantic and the mediterenean with a finger of land pointing north-ward to spain,this is also part of the religion known as the maghrib,where great extremes of climate occur between the coastal region,the tips of the atlas mountains where snow is not uncommon year-round,and on the parched expances of the sahara desert.

Morocco is a kingdom with several traveling destinations,but no trip is complete without a visit to marrakesh my beautiful city.

marrakesh called also the red town because of the red wall surround the old town the medina.first marrakesh was just an resting-place for the caravans,but the leader of the almoravids abou bekr recognised,thet this place is a fantastic place for his troops,his cousin youssuf ibn tashfin constructed the first mosque and the first houses in 1062 and the town is built little by little by almoravids(under ali ibn youssuf) by the almohads(abd el moumen in 12 centry)and extended by abou yakoub youssuf and al mansour......it's a long history, this is just a shirt summary about history of marrakesh,but  i promise that if you visite this beautiful city you will come back again and again and again,there are a lot of things you'll like it so much.
