Getting old is a nightmare for many people, especially for women. Beacuse in some extend, getting old may means more wrinkles is showing up on your pretty face, your perfect figure is getting plump and your are becoming less charming and attractive. So, we'll feel confused, upset , disappointed and desperate.

But it's wrong! i don't like the word 'old' very much, for me, it's just a natural process and it's inevitable. So the only thing we can do about it is to enjoy this delicate process and have fun!!! With time passed by, we've achieved a lot of precious things, get a deeper acknowledgement and understanding to ourselves and the world, most important, we've learned how to appreciate and cherish what we're already have. That's wonderful!!!

I think we're as old as we feel, and it's a state of mind.  There are many old people who are sixty, seventy, eighty or even older, still keep an active mind and hold their passion and  enthusiasm to the beautiful life, and they can do everything they want. Who can say they aren't young enough!?

So i'm definitely not afraid of aging and happy to get older, 'cause i'm sure that i will enjoy my life no matter how old i am!
