I went to London in January to study English and I can say I LOVED it! The city is amazing! You have lots of things to do. You'll never get bored in London! I spent a month there, met people from many different places, experienced a different culture and of course practiced a lot!
People there are polite and very nice. Don't be afraid to ask for directions or information, because people there are very helpful.
Another thing I love doing is going shopping, and the most famous place in London for tourists to shop is Oxford Street.
I went to the theatre twice. I saw "Dirty Dancing" and "Wicked" - two great musicals!
I loved the pubs (despite the fact that I don't drink!) and the cafés. Food is good and not very expensive in pubs. In the cafés you can find many types of coffee, as well as, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, biscottis, sandwiches etc.
You can go everywhere in London by subway but from the place I was staying to Central London I had the opportunity to take the train before taking the subway. I also had the opportunity to take the famous double-decker bus.
I visited many tourist attractions and I had lots of fun there. I took more than 500 pictures that will make a huge and beautiful album. If you want to visit and interesting place with many things to do, many different people and also practice your English don't think twice, go to London!

Hello everybody!
First of all I'd like to wish Merry Xmas, I know it's a biiiit late, but it's still worth, right?
Well... the news... I'm traveling to London in January to take a course to improve my English! I'm extremely happy and veeeery anxious! I never thought I'd ever get the opportunity to travel abroad let alone take a course!
As a teacher I'm always trying to find the best ways and the best material to teach my students, and I'm pretty sure the time I'm gonna spend in England (the whole month!!!) will help me a lot!
I'll try to update my blog whenever possible while I'm there. I know I always promise to keep it up to date, but my life is like a roller-coaster!
Oh, pictures will be posted too.
E-baby members who live in London are very welcome here. You guys can leave me some tips and useful info. I'll really appreciate it.
I'll be here before New Year's Eve.
XoXo
Michelle
