I have been saying this for years: I want to be fit. I wanted to have a six pack stomach, super muscles and just to be healthy overall.

Since 18, I have been going to the gym, usually 2-5 times a week. But still I never achieved that goal of a "perfect body." Then, I started to notice my eating habits. The way to get a perfect body is by eating healthy and being more picky about the foods we eat.

Now, that is my weakness. I LOVE food. I love Japanese, Filipino, Spanish, Italian, American, Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese. Did I say I love food? Hehehe. There are so many delicious dishes that it is really hard for me fight for the perfect body.

So, i came up with a compromise. I work out to keep from getting fat or overweight and so that I can enjoy the foods that I like to eat.

To enjoy life is to enjoy food, and I would hate to deprive myself from the best food the world has to offer. Gym, here I come!

We live to get the enjoy! And food is sort of pleasure like dancing, travelling, socializing etc. So we have to satisfy our appetite or we won't be able to be happy completely!

...and perfect shape gives us estetic satisfaction too....so we shouldn't forget about sport.....it also helps us to be healthy and joyful ;)

You can play the circle which is good for your losing weight.I also advice you that you can learn dance like popping,hiphop,etc.

I awalys get fat in winter for many festivals with many dilicious foods, and I never do any exercise in cold day. But when warm spring comes, I will be slim. So my may is by eating in winter and consuming in spring and summer.

Yes, I preety much agree with you. I agree that in order to be healthy and be in shape we have to be selected in choosing the food, i'm trying hard to do it now but then one of the ways to enjoy the love is by eating, going to the new restaurants to try different kind of food is my favorite things to do (I did this when I was in Chicago, but when I'm back to Indonesia I don't do that too often since the price of foreign restaurants is expensive) but still i love eating. So yes, to cooperate with staying healthy and be in good shape i do Tae Bo almost every night eventhough I'm vey tired from the work :D

actually, we don't really need to act as some very principles,  do something as your mind, but take care, do not overdo something, things were not going to end with perfect, i guess so.
