Even if you are not a gamer, I am almost sure you’ve heard about the Halo which is a science fiction and action game. Soldiers with green armor and yellow glassed helmet? Well if you have no clue what I am writing about, I still offer you this web series: Red vs Blue.

Short description: Its story absolutely independent of the Halo game franchise (this is one of the main reason I offer it). Two companies (Reds and Blues) are fighting against each other to control a canyon on an unnamed planet. The place has no strategic importance, whoever win this fight, it will have two bases in an empty canyon. But they still fight. It’s an idiot war… by idiot soldiers. And this is the most important thing in this series. It’s an action-comedy with funny characters who don’t like each other (even their own comrades) but always taunt and make funny actions. The story is not complicated in 1st season but it will be later.

An episode is around 5 minutes, a season is 90 minutes long. So if you don’t like it then you don’t need to suffer long to watch an episode. Its language is not hard but I don’t suggest to beginners. There are more military jargon but you can find out what they mean easily.

A short describe about the plot. The story is about a conversation between a white (Tommy Lee Jones) and a black (Samuel L. Jackson) man. It's after the white's suicide attempt. They talk about themselves, the meaning of life, the existence of God. We can see two different people's points of view about these - pesimist and optimist.

I have never been interested in such themes like these. I started watching the movie to improve my english but the 1,5 hour-long movie ended soon. I mean it gained my attention. The actors are great. Jones shows what we wait from him but I think Jackson had one of his best in this movie. 

I offer everybody this movie. I think who has intermediate english should use subtitle because Jackson speaks fast and often use slang.

After I had watched it, one little questions appeared in my mind: why?

Why does somebody make such piece of .... like this? Who does give money to him making this rubbish? Why did he make a 2nd part?
