New Year's resolution. Is it worth it?

thank you SantD , it's bad news about floods and and families have lost thier houses , winter season is hard everywhere , in jordan it's so cold , some places rainy anothers not , my home town so cold without rain , we are waiting rain , yeatery it rained a little , we wish more rain because our trees gets thirsty and dried, in the years before the rain was more and the land was greener than today , now its sunny but also so cold .

you can see i have been learining english for many years but i am walking so slowly like turtle  i like english language even when i was a school's student , i think i need more vocabularies and more grammer applications , i am still trying every thing to learn more .

i am so happy to be around , and i so happy from your way of writing , i like your expressions (raining cats and dogs) and (coach potato) , it's great to see around too .

How is the children in Brazil now , are they playing ?

i agree with you about regrets in the life , no body can know if regrets would be in the future or not but when we are doing the right things the probability of regrets decrease , because choosing the right way is the best thing we can do it at that moment

I never bother myself to make any resolution in my entire life. Just go with the flow .I never keep them .I forgets, or what, I don't know . I don't want to feel guilt of not keeping them.That is why there is no   point of making resolution, if I can not keep them.

wasting time with new years resolutions is not my style. I prefer to motivate myself throughout the year. I mean, what sense does it make to come up with an entire "things to achieve list this year" if you give in already 10 minutes after you jotted that list down.

Get some sparkle to your daily life and you wont need such a list!
