thanks for your comments guys, actually I am not suffering from being 30 but the idea was to know if you agree with me about that the person regardless he/she is 10,20 or even 80 years old he/she from inside the same person, ok maybe your body your look has changed but your "soul" is the same and will never change ..

Don,t be serious friend  . The Age is just a number but the point is at this moment what you can do for your happy life.

30 is not old try to be happy if you begin to think about your age you can't live

take it easy as our friend said it's just a number forget the age just try to be best in every moment of your life you can be a happy person in 70 too you can do every thing that you did when you were a child just be happy it's important not age
