are u worthable if u speak 3 lang in u country?

...i always hear and read from the net that if u are bilingual it will be easy for u to get a decent job ...and if u are trilingual u will be the most wanted ...but here in morocco is different people are arabs and amazigh they can speak arabic and tamazight, what's more than that ,they are nowadays forced to acquire french in order to be in touch with the moroccan administration...(arabic.berber,french)besides ,many many people esp students have the ability to speak spanish particularly in the far west...as well as english ....to sum it up many students here have the ability to speak more than three lang ....and yet, u find most of them are unemployed ..why ?  i ron know ?..................is it the same with u country?
