I seem to have mentioned the place in the painting to you long ago. It is in Zhouzhuan, a classical town made of water.

Beyond any words, my felling is that I was there. If someone would have asked me to locate this landscape somewhere on a map, I would say the south of my country or maybe Bulgaria, rather than China. Interesting.

Komancz, your description is beautiful too. It is my pleasure to tell you more about the painting, but I am not sure what its title is. The artist’s name is 杨明义 (Yang Mingyi), he is good at portraying natural scenes in a small town named Zhouzhuan in Jiangnan, a very special and beautiful place.
