I agree, Irene, but here again as you mentioned street smarts don’t want to explain anything, one can learn some subject in a university but one can’t learn a real life skills that relates to streets in a university.

Saladeen, their not well-educated bosses also think that MBA persons learnt for years in order to work for them so as to prove themselves they are more educated than bosses by doing the job in a perfect way every single time showing their bosses eat their cake while they eat bread. Still they are not able to put the cake on their own plate. What a pity!:)

Thank you, Saladeen. I got your point of view and agree with you in general. I would only like to note the difference between the words “learn” and “study” as I understand them and as I teach them to my pupils.. I think an academician’s aim is studying for the sake of gaining more and more knowledge while a practitioner’s aim is learning for the sake of practical use of an object or phenomena they learn. For studying usually means acquiring knowledge on an academic subject and a detailed investigation and analysis of a subject or situation while the purpose of learning is gaining knowledge and skills by studying and practice combined. Thus we study history but learn foreign languages. :)

MBA persons think that they know more than their bosses, but their not very well educated bosses laugh that if they have more knowledge why on earth they work for them? :)
