Tarita, I picked that avatar because of 2 changes in my life that happened to be last year- I got a cat and took up to avlong waited hobby – knitting. Plus when I knit, the cat always sits besides me. He loves wool. I wish my avatar for this year would be something to of with a good English.

@ ola33,
I can see now, the kitten on your avatar isn’t knitting, he’s just covering up his private parts with a vest :)
@ ScienceBoy
They say cats like laying on human bodies searching for diseased organs. My husband’s cat used to sleep on his HEAD when he had a hangover :D So it’s true…
@ Julie3,
I suppose that squares I see mean to be smiles, don’t they? Maybe only super members can see them… so I never knew what those smiles meant ((
I assumed you would ask me about my country. So.. there is some snow here but it doesn’t mean I know all English words about snow ;)
@ Crizsearch,
It’s a good picture to talk about it, thanks for sharing it! :)

;) Ola33, I can imagine your happiness.
Cats love spending time at home. They prefer sleeping in a bed..We had a cat and she never slept on the floor. Wnever I wake up at night she was always next to me in my bed, I would put her down on the floor but then find it next to me.

Yes, Julia and Scienceboy, cats can sleep all day long and anywhere. Once we lost our kitten for a day and where looking for him desperately everywhere. We were so much afraid he got into a drywall and stuck in there( you know there’s always something interesting inside of a drywall ;)) Different thoughts were creeping into our heads… All of sudden I heard the scream of my Mom. She, I want to add, is totally indifferent to pets, she would rather not to have ones. So when I came to the scene, I saw my Mom pointing to the wardrobe with her trembling finger and was gasping – “there, there, there…” – where her clothes where neatly folded and there I saw our peacefully sleeping kitten. I was so happy, took him out from the pile of messy clothes he made before my Mom would grab him by his neck and threw him out.
Well, I want to add, the kitten tried every piece of Mom’s wardrobe, nothing matched him, so he still walks in his birthday suit. But soon probably I’ll knit something for him. :)
