accent is hard to learn i guess, but if u come and stay in a country that speak english, it will help u to get better in a way speak english. U can pick up the way they are speaking, and it is help u to improve ur skill in speaking english. If u have no chance for that, find native english speaker to have chat with u on microphone or phone. Good luck, hope my opinion will help u.

i think most importantly a language is to communicate and understand each other.English is for english speaking people all over the world and Accent is for english group of diffirent location. listern and speaking is very important.

I think that accent isn't a big problem. If you try your best and you are really patient, no difficulty can obstruct ur progress. I got some measures for you:

1. Listen English  records carefully and regularly so that you could acquainted with American or English accent.

2. After you can listen and recognize about 80% what speaker said, try to REPEAT and IMITATE speakers' accent in your English records. Do it many times until you can speak quite like them.

3. Learning English requires long time practise process, It'll take you a lot of time. You must really try and be patient.

I believe you will be success.
