Desribe something not mentioning its name (you should tell a category, f.e. FOOD)

Example: it’s sweet, round (commonly), baked with some stuff  (FOOD)

the next user guesses: a pie ; and he/she put another task

p.s. Don’t be too much sophisticated :)

Why can’t the Hound of the Baskervilles be an answer? Maybe I am not a true lady, but I like it! Smile

What’s the point in asking a new question if the right answer to this one hasn’t been given yet?

There is simply no resemblence b/w “not a calf but a length of calf” with the “Hound of Baskervilles” or either I’m not finding the missing link … please help? ;)

Baskerville’s dog was the same size, length, width as a calf, if I rightly remember the details of the story. Therefore, I gave this answer.

But probably you meant a fur coat. True? :-)

Oh, I meant a baby of a cow, but you – clothes. That caused misunderstanding. :-)

Now I have got your point, thank you, that’s also correct but without linking it specifically to ladies liking Wink

Calf length: clothing or boots that end at the middle point b/w the foot and the knee.

For instance: She wore a calf length dress.

Thank you, I understand it now. :-)

My question:

If they see it in the morning, sailors take warning. If they see it at night, it’s the sailor’s delight. What is this?
