I always was plump when I was a child and teenager…
Two years ago my weight was something like 67 kilos. And now I'm very proud to say that I weigh 52  I think it wasn't very hard to lose weight – I just cut on some food and did yoga (not very seriously – just breathing exercises and some easy asanas – but still I'm able to do the splits ) I've lost 10 kilos in 2 months – and that days, when i was losing weight, my friends were complaining that I was too angry and vicious   (maybe because of the diet – when you're constantly starving - you can actually go mad) Anyway I hope my example will inspire you
