I am a Quality Control Inspector at a US Company..what about yourself?

Hi, justic, You like your job but you seem to be dissatisfied with your salary.So do I.But I haven’t not tried to find another job because I’m convinced there is still room for me to get a promotion, thus a higher salary.
We both are working in IT, one of the fastest growing industries, and it keeps growing faster.IT job is one of the highest paying jobs these days.
Do you know how your company make a profit? Where the money comes from? There is the position where we should move to, yes right inside the company not outside.
