Sometimes it's good to cry but not a lot. You are nice girl and must be happy!!!!!!! In such occasion it's better to walk or dance, it'd make you feel  happier… Good luck!

well i usually listen to hard ass rock…..i love the noise to calm my nerves down…..it sure does work wonders for me

i usually rides across the desert on my ATV or go running for maybe 15 miles i will be fine

PS: IT DEPENDS ON WHAT LEVEL MY SADNESS IS

i go shopping :D

it makes me feel good when i buy something (especially at the shoe store :P)

sometimes i listen to MCR, kamelot, nightwish or within temptation to get my spirit back ^^

or maybe if it's too sad, i just cry

In spite of all life is wonderfull! and we must spend it in pleasure,  we wust enjoy with it! Unwfortunately it isn't prolonged.

When I feel sad, I just feel it. Sometimes I express it but most of times I find it difficult to share. There are phases. When sadness surrounds me, it just takes over me completely. Then comes the phase of recovery. In this phase, I begin to look for measures to recover myself. Sometimes music, yoga, long walk, poetry and may be sometimes someone would come and ask me- hey man, come up, it's enough now!
