Jane Eyre is good! As well as Pride and Prejudice.

I’d recommend “The Catcher in the Rye” by Salinger.

I’ve just finished to read “The Elengance of the Hedgehog” by Muriel Burbery

You must read Catcher in The Rye. It’s a classic coming of age story, and the protagonist, Holden, is one of my all-time favorite characters. He is this rebellious, irreverent, precocious, curious adolescent who you can’t help but like and relate to because I think we’ve all been that young and lost at some point of time. He says so many strange yet endearing things that I have a whole list of favorite Catcher in the Rye quotes. Here’s one: Certain things they should stay the way they are. You ought to be able to stick them in one of those big glass cases and just leave them alone. I know that’s impossible, but it’s too bad anyway. (16.25)
