yeah many reasons but not all the reasons are named with the answer for WHO, and even when it starts with the answer of who, that is not the direct reason, or should not consider as  a reason at all since only u who choose to cry instead . That is sth i already mentioned, intense empathy or pity or compassion or condolence or thoughtfulness or understanding or commiseration or tenderness….since there is no WHO, so cant say WHO DESERVE afterwards
