Jeff:  Wear them enough and that’ll happen. It’s funny how they could be considered a “dress pant” when they became popular purely out of function.


Mason:  I would say the fact that I could basically wear nothing but jeans is just a fulfillment of their function at the highest state of performance.


Could you please explain them .. they are vague to me ?

I can understand how this would be confusing!


Jeff is saying that jeans became popular because they’re really functional (or can be used in many ways), but he thinks it’s funny that people might consider jeans a “dress pant” (or pants you could wear to a special dinner or event).


Mason is saying that the fact that he wears jeans all the time proves how functional they really are. He’s just saying it with a lot of extra words!
