present perfect tense

Hi friends! If I now live in Yerevan, can I say – “I have lived in Yerevan for seven years”. Or I must to say “I have been living in Yerevan for seven years”... Help me please. Thanks!

 I lived in peru I am 24 years old ,

I have been living here, since I was born

have you ever been to sudan

both sentences are right
in modern english with auxiliary verb
subject + has/have + 3rd form of verb
so first one is right..
and second is
is combination of present tense with past event..so its right..

If you are still living there so the second sentence is right ‘couse the first one requires the result after “I have lived” e.g. I have lived in Yerevan for 7  years and now think of moving.

How I can write a research about any topic. I need to learn how I can express my self in writing a term paper or if I need to send email , congratulated some one for any ocasion , also when some one passaway How I can write expressing my feelings that people can understandme. I think I need to learn writing coordination(coordinasion en mi escritura en ingles). Please let me know if you can help me.  Thanks
