Hi friends! If I now live in Yerevan, can I say – “I have lived in Yerevan for seven years”. Or I must to say “I have been living in Yerevan for seven years”... Help me please. Thanks!

both sentences are right
in modern english with auxiliary verb
subject + has/have + 3rd form of verb
so first one is right..
and second is
is combination of present tense with past event..so its right..

If you are still living there so the second sentence is right ‘couse the first one requires the result after “I have lived” e.g. I have lived in Yerevan for 7  years and now think of moving.
