Since her debut in 2000, Mandy Moore has shown a dazzling array of entertainment skills. She’s starred in three movies, she’s released three albums and she’s appeared in many different TV shows and commercials. Her newest album is called Coverage, and it’s definitely her best yet.

Coverage is a collection of twelve cover songs, originally written by famous artists such as John Hiatt, Cat Stevens and Elton John. Mandy’s voice is outstanding on the album, sounding better than it ever has before. She does a good job of making the classic songs sound good, without copying the style of the original singers.
One of the best songs on the album is “Have a Little Faith in Me” by John Hiatt. Check out some of the lyrics:
When the road gets dark
And you can no longer see
Just let my love throw a spark
And have a little faith in me
And when the tears you cry
Are all you can believe
Just give these loving arms a try
And have a little faith in me
And
Have a little faith in me
Have a little faith in me

Discussion

I’ve always liked Mandy Moore. For me, she’s always been more interesting than other pop starlets like Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson. However, up to now, her music hasn’t been great. This album changes that.
Coverage is a good album by a young woman who is growing up, changing, maturing, and getting better every day. You should check it out!
Rock on,
Migs
