A recent study traces a link between poor management and heart disease among employees. It has been proven that employers should reconsider their managing styles if they are to ensure that workers’ health isn’t endangered. 3 000 workers were interviewed on issues regarding adequate communication between management and staff, senior managers’ attitude towards their juniors, as well as clearly set goals and overwork. Results show that mutual respect accounts for healthier employees and healthier businesses as a whole.

While it is a fact that some people work better under pressure, excessive pressure in the work place, causes the majority to act inadequately and produce less. Experts concluded that taking precautions to ward off work-related stress will also save a business time and money. The negative effects can result in absenteeism, low productivity, employee tardiness and increased customer complaints. Therefore, companies are advised to re-train bosses in order to improve employees’ health and ensure thriving businesses.

Bruce_zhou…. hi friend, I think you’ve very good point at this, I think most of the bosses are bad boss,those giving too much pressure to employees, yelled and keep shouting, it’s probably because stressful that make them throw their anger to the employees, some employees really afraid to take action because I guess they are understand being a boss is always taking control, realizing that they are giving salary to the employees.

this topic is really very hot and interested with all kind of employees,because this is general situation in many company,why boss alway is not accessible ,meanwhile,many many boss have the bad temper,always shouted at the employees,but the employee just endure that,because they just don’t want to lose their job and salary,so that why many empolyees have to work in high press,so it’s definitely not heathly for our body and our mind,so someone have to choice leave this company and look for a new job,i think that’s good way to avoide the high press,but you know someone just choice stay here still,so the boss has never change his temper ,shouted and yelled all the time,at the same time ,employees become angry day by day,eventually,some tragic event happened,we always heard that some employee jumped from tower cause by high pressure,what a pit,as for me ,i m not that stupid ,i choice quit my job and leave the boss forever,i hate the boss have bad temper,even though many boss have bad temper ,i don’t care that ,just do what i like to do,leave first,at least can keem my heart and my mind health.

I don’t want to be yelled, I think I will consider myself to be good boss one day because I can control my emotion, and I have been a leader in my school. I respect my junior so far , that’s the best way to communicate in healthy way.

manager who make the rules and give order to  staff so the manager must be good person and appreciate the staff and respect  them to give him all they get and he must Honors the hard worker every months that in my opinion the successful manager who can make successful work but  manager who always angry and shout and Insult his staff is failer manager  cause he dont know staff   are human and have feeling drive them too good or to bad and manager who drive that feeling too successful  or faild

Can not be any successful business with out  management and versed manager and the meaning of management is how to manage staff and direct them properly and healthy >for your information the smallest  employee can succeed or fail any  managment or manager   an indirect way…

A good manager knows how to handle and get along with his employees. It doesn't necessarily mean that you have to stoop down your level. Just know how to give merit to whatever things they've done.. It will stimulate them to work more..
