Even though scientists have been studying dreams for hundreds of years, we still don’t understand why we have them or what they mean. Some dreams are so vivid and intense, it seems like they must carry some sort of hidden message. Other dreams are more ordinary or realistic. Many of us forget our dreams the minute we wake up. But some dreams are so striking, they’re impossible to forget. They stick with us as we go about our day. Hear Devan and Jeff talk about their dreams.

Devan:  So last night, I was dreaming about eating and then I woke up and I was in the kitchen with a muffin in my hand.

Jeff:  What? Is that the first time that’s happened?

Devan:  I don’t know if it is, but it’s the first time I woke up while it was happening. I totally realized that I was sleepwalking. It was a very surreal moment.

Jeff:  Could’ve been worse. You could’ve had a gun in your hand, or a knife.

Devan:  That’s true. But what if I eat in my sleep all the time and then I start gaining a bunch of weight? What if I eat like a whole pie in my sleep or something and don’t even realize it?

Jeff:  I don’t think that’s gonna happen.

Devan:  Do you ever have crazy dreams?

Jeff:  Yeah. I do. All the time.

Devan:  Like nightmares, or are they realistic?

Jeff:  Luckily I don’t have nightmares anymore. I used to have some when I was a kid that…they were very, very scary. But now, I don’t know, I still have pretty intense dreams, usually when I take naps in the middle of the day.

Devan:  And do you remember them vividly when you wake up?

Jeff:  I’d say maybe two-thirds of the time. At least for five minutes. I’ve heard if you write them down you can remember them better. And you can sort of train yourself.

Devan:  I should start doing that.

Jeff:  Yeah. You should check it out, and maybe it’ll solve the muffin problem.

Recently Devan had a dream that she was eating. When she woke up, she was surprised to find herself in the kitchen with some food in her hand! She realized that she had been sleepwalking.

Devan and Jeff talk about their dreams. Jeff used to have very scary nightmares. He doesn’t have nightmares anymore, but he still has intense and vivid dreams.

Jeff says that if you want to remember your dreams, you should write them down as soon as you wake up. Devan wants to start writing down her dreams. She hopes that will help her with her sleepwalking problem.

Do you remember your dreams? Are they usually vivid, scary, or realistic? Do you ever sleepwalk?

Dreams are importants, they are making for feeling and sometimes they looks so real, even we can enjoy some dream.

Some people think the dreams are premonitions about our life, but nobody cant prove it yet, anyway it can be funny and new… really interesting

It’s just a wish to make and we say it; approximately 90% of people around the world :”We wish that dreams come true”. As we know we can realize some but it’s impossible for others.

I’ve never had been sleepwalking. People say that I speak all the time while I sleep, in fact I practice my English lessons:). I think that dreams are not special. it´s just our mind playing with our memories.

I’ve never sleepwalked and I think it is better like that because I know a friend who used to do it when a child and one day she came out of her home and made her parents much worried. It is such a huge problem too because of you cannot wake up a person who is sleepwalking because it’s risky cauze you dont know his reaction, so it is difficult to manage such a strange situation.

I usually dream. It depends on seasons but I usually dream almost every day. The problem is that most of the times they are nightmares instead of happy dreams. They’re usually very scary and abstract. You have to look up in a dream dictionary if you wanna find out what they mean in order to take advantage of them in your real life because I think most of the times they have an interpretation related to your worries, your daily basis problems, your actions and habits… I think it is somehow related to the Freud psicology.

Sometimes dreams are so vivid that you can’t forget them and like they are carring a message ..I wrote down some of them which I believe they are meaningful and one day I ll know their meaning ….I did not sleep walk before but my younger sister did it {she was in a visit to my elder sister who heard someone konking on the door at 3 am ,she was so surprised to found her out and asked from where do you come ,she replied I woke up to go to the bath room and found my self in the street :}}}}..one of my nephews did the same ,he was going to the bathroom but went through the window instead of the door and fell down ,he was lucky  coz it was from the first floor and he fell beside a huge stone without being hurt :}} so it could be very dangerous :{{{
