ummm i think if I get a job I’ll be afraid if i get fired , but I’ll be good at my job InshaALLAH =)

and there’re people they should get fired for reasons , such as : be late several times , postpone their work , not doing well …etc

Actually if you feel some of fears It.s doesn’t means you are a coward  person , naturally we have some disappointment about our right .

In my opinion I have some fears in my work , I often feel someday I will lose my work because we lack to the work safety , I can’t imagine my life without work .

I aspire to develope  my skills I want to be a professional employee , everything depend on the circumstance , I guess I haven’t get fired at work .

We should definition what must the staff do to .

don’t be afraid your livelihood comes from God , you should do your work perfect.

Advisable to know if you want to avoid get fired you must to know your work isn’t a special right only to yourself , never think that , your works for all people who are waiting your helping .

Ola33, I have a decent relationship with my boss, we talk about sports,  but I never forget that I’m at work, so I try  not to get too chatty with him you know. Sometimes I have to remind him that I had work to do. He’s constantly putting me to the test, I keep surprising him.

Get fired it’s something we don’t want even some doesn’t like to talk about it’s like saying it’s early or I’m good in my work why should I think about it, but it’s not like that maybe for example it’s the company has economic problem and want to cut employees.
Any way, there is always Allah helping us.

Snoopyboy, always on good terms with your boss—is the key to keep a job. Yes, I’ve seen too, how big shots have been fired. I think they kind of missed the point that a boss can both be your “friend” and a controller. He can fire you for any ’misbehaviour’ easily. No matter what gifts he gives you and what restaurants you go together, he’s the boss, so don’t let the steam off… ;)

 I like going to my workplace I just don’t like to stay there for too long.  ( :

   There’s more to a job than just earning money.  A job to me is a set of rules and responsibilities that must be abided by an individual or a group in order to accomplish something. Money is often associated with work, but it’s not always the case, think about it: volunteer workers, charity organizations, this goes to show that the main fiber of working is ultimately the pursuit of a fulfillment. When you have a job you need to constantly prove that you are responsible and aware of your role in what is to be accomplished. Money can be an eminent motivation but certainly doesn’t define a job. I don’t know about anybody else, but I was never lured into applying for a position because of a lucrative offer, the job description and requirements are always what beckon me to apply. I need full disclosure of the rules and tasks, because only then will I know if I have what it takes to keep that job.

    I have never been fired, but I was dismissed of work once, because the company I was working for was going through some rough time, financially and it had to shut its doors indefinitely. So technically I wasn’t fired, I was given an extended vacation without pay, and so were all others employees  ; ) If I’m worried about getting fired? No, because I’m too busy worrying about being reprimanded first of all. Getting any sort of warnings from a supervisor means that you’re stepping out of line, you are not being faithful to the oath you took when you applied for that job. I understand that my boss’s job is to evaluate my work and provide guidance when in doubt, not to constantly remind me that I need to be doing my job. Bosses get discouraged by employees that display lack of responsibility and concerns for the company’s rules. You need to conduct yourself professionally, you need to worry more about being warned than being fired, be prompt and do what you’re assigned to do,  and if  you can do all that  and remain compliant to the company’s policy and ethics, you will secure a nice job.

     But I think the most important stimulant you need to safeguard your job is a purpose, something really personal. When the future of your kids and family depend on it, when your overall well-being depends on it, then you’ll have reasons other than earning a paycheck to maintain that job. I’ve seen people full of capabilities and experience get fired, only because they thought they had nothing to lose but a job, that thought renders them insensitive to their employers’ standards and hinder their productivity at work.

My boss always jokes that I make his job easier, because I literally don’t need to be supervised. There’s not a snowball’s chance in hell I could get fired, because I’m committed and I have so much at stake. I need to be able to afford internet and be on English, baby 

I don’t know what I should do if I got fired. In my company,  there were aroud 1000 people who get fired for restructuring last year. How awful!!

I m worry get fired from my job for being late everymorning..,;))

I think that nowadays everyone is afraid of loosing their job. And that doesn’t have to do with one’s professional qualities. Its just because the financial depression has entered our private life. I keep hearing about friends, neighbours and relatives loosing their jobs. :(

i used to worry about get fired bcoz i spent so much time on ebabay when i am in office. lolll

I used to worry about getting  fired. Couse i was lazy at work. 

I’m on probation now and just afraid of not being employed to sign a contract.

there is sometimes bad times in our life.sometimes you can not bear all the impressive and however u do urself get fired l mean resigned! so that in my opinion get fire=resign

Luckily I have never been under the threat of being fired. I have always loved my jobs and I love my present one  most of all.

My work is connected  mostly to children. I am a happy person  to have so many kids. They are all amazing and inspire me to a better life day by day. I could write a book about each of them with lots of stories includind school matters, love, their parents, wishes, sorrows and whatever they told me about.

Moreover I can’t be fired because I am my boss.:)

what i worry now is to get a job…....
