the first time in the beach I got very very  bad sunburn. I was Screaming every day. so in the other times I took the sunscreen

Yes, I had got a very bad sunburn last year…:( I can’t forget that day… it was our first vacation in US… We went to Chicago… weather was good, cloudy, and rainy all days, but last day was badly sunny… we never had sunscreen lotion and nothing… and because of that I couldn’t enjoy my last day, it was burning and itching all time…. that was very bad…. anyways after that bad experience, I do not forget to wear sunscreen lotion… I like light light hot weather and I like the places where weather is changing all year, so that we can enjoy all outdoor and indoor activities in all season… and therefore, I prefer to live in a place where I can enjoy my all seasons… Mostly, I love cold weather than hot..:)

When i was younger my family used to go to the beach with my relatives, in the morning around 10:00 a.m we were leaving the house going to the beach and after preparing everything choosing a nice spot and opening and putting the umbrella into the sand and all these stuff we were jumping into the water without wearring any sunscreen and we used to spend there for minimum five hours and you can imagine how we looked by the end of the day not just we had a severe sunburns all over our bodies but also we were so exhausted like a huge wall fell on us but you know what? these days were one of the happiest days of my life.

I’ve gotten a very bad sunburn when I was 17 , it covered all my back it was so painful , I can’t forget that day :( , I’ll admit sometimes I forget wear that sunscreen ;)

I have never had a bad sunburn because my skin is swarthy and I love it.:) So no need to use sunscreen when I’m on the beach let alone just walking out.

To tell the truth, I don’t like to lie on the seashore giving my body to be eaten by the sun rays. I prefer an active rest. Just a little sun, more bathing and a lot of excursions. This is a rest for me.:)

I don’t like wearing sunscreen so I use the same method Jason does: I never stay on the beach around the noon but only later in the afternoon or in the morning. It works but you have to remember that the solar noon often doesn’t mean 12 o’clock. It depends on the location. For example it is at 12:40 in my place but at 2:20 pm in Malaga (Spain). You can check it out on wunderground.com for example – just enter your location and then go to “Astronomy” section, click “visit Astronomy” and look at the table.

once we were in the sea side i wanted to take my clothe off and have a sunburn,you know  what i couldnt do that becaouse everyone was just staring at me and it’s against our culture to take off our clothe in the publice . so unfortunatlt i couldnt have a sunburn !

It’s cool to be tanned in summer but nowadays the sun burns more than some years ago and if you are laying in the the beach in the noon without any umbrella you could have problems so I think it’s better to put a sunscreen in all of your body and put an umbrella to protect the sun,  if  you do that you can be at the beach having a sunbath quite a long time.

hello in last year i had a ceremony about gradute. we went at the beach in summer.  claimate(weather) was dry and suny. unfortunetly we were Sunburn so we refer to a doctor he give us a cream for treat. 6 mounths later sunborn effect unapperar or vainsh in our bodys. i suggest if u want to go an area and guest there weather is sunny use sunscrean.

because of the situation of earth and our doing agains it I think using the sun for sunburning will be harmful step by step. however our body needs to give 15 minutes per day sun for producing vitamin D and without it you will be aggresive and very nervous!

When I saw the theme of the lesson today I instantly started to miss my holidays at the seashore. :(

Tanned skin looks attractive and sexy BUT the skin should be tanned a little bit otherwise the appearance looks vulgar (IMHO) ;)

Year by year we get more facts about the  increasing of the cancer of skin after the summer holidays. 

Autumn becomes a shock for many people because they are diagnosed with this terrible illness. :,( 

However, these awful facts don’t stop me to be in the sun. The reasonable approach is needed. The using of the sunscreen at first days being in the sun are highly recommended. After the time when skin got used to the sun rays the sunscreen may be not used :) 

Regarding a sunburn. Follow words of Jason and you will never get much troubles with bad sunburn :)

sunscreen is good it can save my skin that’s why I prefer to use it

I don’t like being in the sun much.. I always prefer to go out either in morning or  after the sunset.. Even if I’m obliged to go out in the noon, I try my best to stay in shadow, so I don’t ever need to put sunscreen…. 

The sun is being in its worst in the noon time, nearly from 11 am to 4 pm… I think at this time sun rays are being a lot  harmful..

now until Burned my skin is so much

I always wear my sunscreen whenever I go out.

i allllllllways wear suncreen when i go out coz i have to back home from my job when it s noon, i hate  to get a tan skin from the sun .

yeah that happened to me to be sunbured but my friends advised me to use aftersun cream when ever i was out in the sun for long time even i was swimming that helps.i do tanning but i first oil myself with aftersun cream then carry on tanning.

no never we have always a hot sun but i’m never do sunscreen because my skinny its stonge the light the sun
