If you’re going to a summer barbeque, you should know many things. For example, there are traditional things we eat, games we play and clothes we wear.
Barbeque food is very good. We usually have hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken. At the barbeque went to, we had ribs. The barbeque sauce on them made them taste very good. We also had potato salad, cole slaw and chips. We drank beer, wine and soda.
For a little fun, we played soccer and basketball. At other barbeques people will play volleyball or softball. If you’re on a lake you can water ski.
Most people wore shorts and t-shirts because the weather was good. People also wore thongs and sandals on their feet. However, at night it cooled down and people put sweatshirts and fleeces on.
The neighbors had some great fireworks. There were roman candles and other things that shot loud balls of flame into the air. We just had sparklers.
