Food. It’s a four-letter word that we literally cannot live without. Some people don’t have enough. Some people have way too much. Or too much of the wrong kind.

At any given time, about 20% of adults say they are following a diet. They most likely want to lose weight, so they give up sugar, or bread, or other unhealthy food. Maybe they count calories. Maybe they only drink juice. Whatever diet they choose, it’s certain that they are paying attention to every bite of food that goes into their mouths. They are watching what they are eating.

For celebrities, food is an especially sensitive topic. Models, actresses, and singers often receive criticism when they eat too much or too little. Actress Jennifer Lopez said that she, too, watches what she eats. Even though she’d like to eat everything all the time, she has to eat small portions and make healthy choices.

Few years ago I got a disease and I noticed that my lifestyle wasnt healthy. I used to eat sweets and cola and many unhealthy foods.


So I decidead to change my bad habits and stopped eating many junk foods.


Now I watch what I am eating and this is my habit.


I dont eat sugar at all or sometimes if I have to in travel or with friends!


I reduced fat in my foods and eat more vegetables.


Never drink cola or other unhealthy drinks.


I exercise everyday and walk few days per week.


Now I am healthy and I am happy about my decision😉

I think if anybody wants keep him/her self healthier and young and sickness, Illness will not following them, they should definitely keep an eye on what they are eating.  I am always watching what i eat !

I am living in the U.S. now.  There are so much delicious food and lots of different kinds of food here, and the price is affordable. It’s hard to resist. So i don’t watching what i eat now..  but i would do more exercise after i eat.

 In most cases I dont allow myself to eat much, but sometimes  I can not control my appetite, so  it  is always makes me feel  guilty  for not watching what I eat.

I’ve been a healthy eater most of my life. Now that I’m in my 40s I do of course feel the struggle of a slower metabolism. Every now an then I try to give my body the extra health kick by eating more green leavy veggies, 5 portions of fruit and of course that extra boost of energy by adding nuts and seeds to the salad.
Is it working? I think it is. Ones physical health is the reflexion of how you live your life.simple as that ….

My reply was according to Dr. Dadamo’s website, he claims his research shows and proves it, but yes, you are right, among all scientist it still isn’t supported. Most of criticisms are related to lack of evidence supporting the associations between disease and blood types, but i myself agree with different effects of food on people.

well, on this blow table you can find some food suggestion depends on your type, it’s really interesting, when i learned sth about that, i was able to realize why some people hate some kinds of food and why the others love them to death!! its something natural…so amazing, isn’t it?

Two thanks for you, the first for making me notice my mistake, and the second for the medical information. Actually, it is the first time I hear about such a thing. I think I’ll search in  the internet to find more information. I want to know my suitable food.
Speaking of which, I heard that in Korea, blood group is a very important information. Because they believe that each blood group has specific characterstics. So they are taking blood group in considration in a lot of things.
