Cheese is a popular party food. A plate with a variety of cheese always looks nice and tastes delicious. Even though it’s good, cheese is a problem for people who are lactose intolerant. Since they can’t eat dairy, they have to resist cheese, ice cream, milk, and more! If they sneak something at a party, they’ll have a stomachache later.

Who needs to stop eating cheese? Read on to find out in today’s English lesson about fine food.

I like cheese but I cannot say that it’s my favourite dish. Because I try to be in fit but a lot of kinds of cheese have a high containing of calories. So, all should be in measure)

I love cheese. In my country you can find a large variety of them.  I like fried cheese for breakfast, mmm it’s so delicious or creamy cheese with bread, I just love it.

I prepare a sauce with goat cheese, spinach and garlic for pasta.

It’s sad there are lactose intolerant people.  I found this on the internet :D

Hard cheeses, such as Cheddar, Colby, Swiss and Parmesan, have very low levels of lactose so they are easier on the stomach.

Ok. Cheese!!!!

Depends on kind of cheese, I do like and maybe don’t. In Azerbayjan province (my hometown) there are a wide variety of cheese’s quality and its sorts. Totally, I’m not a big fan of it; nevertheless, yogurt is the best sort of dairy for me. Actually I eat yogurt along with my all main dishes and fortunately my mum is aware of this.

@Phiphi, “turn out to be something” is a phrasal verb, here means, it results in something or it proves to be the case. This phrasal verb is so commen in telling a story, conclusions, and deductions…”it turns out that Marni….” means “finally as you see, Marni is ….”
