It is hard to tell the future. If we could, maybe we would not choose a lot of the things we do. If we could see ourselves becoming ill, maybe we would be healthy. If we could see our words hurting someone, maybe we would not say them. But we can never see the future. We can only decide what we think is best for us right now. And the consequences? Those will come to bear.

When we come to bear consequences, we feel the effects of a previous event or decision. In the show Westworld, many characters make choices that are hard to bear, but they must. The people who live in Westworld are fictional characters. People control what they say and do through technology. Sometimes, people will do terrible things to people in Westworld. The actress Thandie Newton plays a character who comes to bear many unfortunate things in Westworld.

What are some good and bad choices you’ve made in life? Are there many consequences you’ve come to bear?
