True, but it’s not only tourism: They also get hunted (illegally though). Since their prey also often gets hunted by the people there, some big cats (not the Arabian leopard in particular) kill domesticated animals, like cows or sheep to survive, which in turn causes an even worse human-big cat relationship. In my homeland, Germany for example, wolves and lynxes got exterminated a long time ago, because back then people feared for their cattles. Now that less people live on livestock farming, these carnivores are able to live here again.

@riad42: I guess they are all hard to root. I think meanwhile they must be panicing every time they see a human being.
@Ulya aga: I don’t think that it’s possible to help animals just by mentioning them on ones profile. These organisations however do great work in helping them.
