I want to speak english well just like I speak my native language!

What can I do?

The best practice would be communicating with someone who speaks English well.  You can befriend native speakers and do voice chat with them . Develop a hobby that helps you improve your language such watching movies and news in English, reading English books, novels or newspapers and singing English songs. 

 If you wanted someone who will facilitate your language learning, find a COMPETENT online tutor that offers cheapest hourly rate. There are many websites that offer affordable English Communicative Lessons.

I have same problems with u. I think if you want to speak English fluently, you must spent your time everday to practice English because as you know, English is a package (reading, writing, listening and speaking). 

and when you find a new words, write down the phrase/sentence not only singular words.It is automatically you learn grammar, right ? don't forget to review your phrase.
