One summer, I help a friend build a cabin. It was really tough to get the nails in straight. When you hit them with the hammer, they would often bend.
After a lot of practice and focusing on getting them in straight, I was able to get it in perfectly. I understand what Owen Wilson meant when he said he nailed his scene. He did it perfectly. He nailed his scene; I nailed the nails. Wasn’t that a funny joke?
Anyway, the point is, if you practice something and focus, you will do it well in the end; you will nail it.
